1.0 The App Hunting Organizer is operated by Peschkedesign OG with an office at Austria, Vienna, Sternwartestrasse 62, 1180 (and we refer to ourselves as “we”, “us”, “our”, Peschkedesign, or the Developer). We own and operate the App on our own behalf.

1.1. Part of the concept of the Hunting Organizer App is based on the publication and sharing of details regarding individual users by making such details accessible to other Hunting Organizer App users via the Hunting Organizer App.

1.1.1. The collection, administration and use of personal details by the Hunting Organizer App complies with applicable data protection laws by ensuring that each user has the possibility to decide himself, which personal details shall be made accessible to other users.

1.1.2. Sidenote regarding the „Sharing Hunting Diary Data with friends “-feature: The Hunting Organizer App includes a "Data Sharing"-feature, which, if activated by a user in his own discretion, enables third parties to see the data of such user's hunting activity on the Hunting Organizer App. Unless disabled by the user in the Hunting Organizer App settings, such user will be asked prior to each hunting diary post whether he wants to activate the feature/ sharing. Activation of this feature is entirely voluntary. By activating the feature, the user accepts the responsibility for such activation at his own risk. If the user does not want to give third parties access to his diary entries/ and data, then the feature should not be activated. The user's privacy settings can be configured in the settings of the Hunting Organizer App.



2.1. The Hunting Organizer App collects information from users upon registration in the app. The personally identifiable information collected by Hunting Organizer falls in the following categories:

First and last name;

Email address;

Miscellaneous hunting diary data, such as type of target, details regarding target length and type of hunting trip, etc.

2.2. Personally identifiable information shall be saved and used in particular in order to offer new applications to the user, to improve such applications and conform them to the users' needs.



3.1. Every user can change the privacy settings applicable to his account. In this way, the user can:

  • decide, to a certain extent, which personally identifiable information is collected with respect to such user; and

  • define who can see personally identifiable information that is collected (see below, Item 3.2).

3.2. With respect to the following details, each user can decide, via Hunting Organizer Settings, who can see such information: 1. Profile data 2. Hunting Activities 3. Status feed 4. Maps of Hunting Trips 5. Tracks 6. Photos 7. Data realted with the trophy, . The different settings that are available are as follows:

3.2.1. Friends of Friends: Only your friends, as well as their friends will be able to see this.

3.2.2. Friends: Only your friends will be able to see this. Friends are refeered to as Facebook Friends of the user

3.2.3. None: Nobody will be able to see this.



4.1. By registering, the user explicitly agrees that the developer shall have the right to use all automatically collected personally identifiable information, in accordance with the privacy settings of such user, for purposes of the Hunting Organizer applications. The developer does not pass on personally identifiable information (see Section 2, above) to third parties, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the user. The developer implements all reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized access by third parties to saved details.

4.2. The user explicitly consents to the storage and use of non-personally identifiable information for purposes of in-app advertising or on by the developer or its partners.




5.1. The hunting organizer app includes social media plugins, such as (i) Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; (ii) Google +, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043; or (iii) Twitter, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

5.2. Such plugins can recognize a user’s IP address, the page visited on the webpage, or the pages visited in the hunting organizer app, and, possibly, store cookies, so that the services offered by the developer work properly. Social media plugins and widgets are hosted either by third party providers or directly by the developer. Your interactions with these plugins are subject to this privacy policy or the privacy policy of any third party that offers such feature. The developer is not responsible for the use of, or guidelines regarding the use of, personal data by third party providers.

5.3. Users can recognize, e.g., Facebook-plugins by the Facebook-Logo or the addition "Facebook Social Plugin" or the "Like-Button" ("Like") on our pages. You can find an overview of Facebook-plugins here:

5.4. If a user interacts with the plugins, e. g. by clicking on the Facebook "Like-Button" or entering a comment, while being logged in to such user's Facebook-account, a user links the contents of the hunting organizer app to his Facebook-profile. Thereby, Facebook can associate a user's usage of the hunting organizer app with such user's Facebook account. The Developer as the provider of the hunting organizer app does not have any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its usage by Facebook. 5.5. If users do not want to have Facebook associate their visits on our site with their Facebook-account, users must log out from their Facebook-account during usage of the hunting organizer app.



6.1. Several areas of the hunting organizer website use 'cookies' ─ small text files that are placed on the user's computer and stored by the browser. They are used by the developer to provide a more user-friendly, effective and secure service. Cookies also enable the developer to identify a user's browser and offer services to such user. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

6.2. You can prevent the installation of cookies by entering the corresponding settings in your browser software. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use the complete range of functions of the website to its full extent.



7.1. The hunting organizer app uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses 'cookies' (see Section 6, above). The information about your visit collected by the cookies, including your IP address, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Google first abbreviates your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google will use the information collected on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your use of the hunting organizer app, to compile reports about your activities within the hunting organizer app, and to provide further services to the developer related to use of the hunting organizer app and Internet use. Google will under no circumstances associate the IP address transmitted by your browser within the operations of Google Analytics with other Google data.

7.2. You can prevent the data related to your use of the hunting organizer website, including your IP address, generated by the cookies from being recorded by Google and Google's processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin from the following link: Using the hunting organizer app without google analytics is not possible. If you do not agree with the usage of Google Analytics wiithin the app, you should cease downloading, installing or using the App immediately.




8.1 The hunting organizer app uses parse, a backend service by Parse LLC, located at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, United States for storage and distribution services. The information generated during the usage of the hunting organizer app, is managed, stored and distributed via the parse services and is usually transferred to a Parse server in the USA and saved there.

Parse acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from the users of the hunting organizer app under these Terms in or to any Content or Applications that the users of hunting orgnaizer create, submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Parse Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Content and the Application (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist).

If you do not agree with the usage of parse services within the app, you should cease downloading, installing or using the App immediately.

Upon written request, Peschkedesign will inform you by letter, what personal data is stored by us as defined by local law. If such data is incorrect, we will correct that information at your request.
